  • Are pets present in the studio?

    Yes, our studio is home to several emotional support animals. These include Fat Cat Allie (a cat), Max (an Australian Labradoodle), and Mr. Louie (a Corgi Mix). Please note that if your child has allergies or is afraid of animals, this camp might not be the best fit for them.

  • What if my child has special needs?

    It's essential to inform Tamara Clary via email or in person before the camp if your child has special learning needs such as ADHD, ASD, or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Failing to provide this information may result in the forfeiture of camp booking fees.

  • What is the illness policy?

    We kindly ask that you keep your child at home if they have a fever or contagious illness. Please note that we cannot offer refunds, credits, or transfers for days missed due to illness.

  • Do I need to disclose health concerns?

    It's crucial to inform Tamara Clary via email and in person before camp about any health concerns your child may have, including allergies, asthma, or anxiety. Failure to do so could result in the loss of camp booking fees.

  • What is the behavior policy?

    We maintain a strict policy of respectful behavior at all times. Any instances of rudeness, talking back, disobedience, or bullying will not be tolerated. Students who violate these rules may be asked to leave without the option to return, and fees will not be refunded or transferred.

  • Can I change my camp schedule after booking?

    Due to limited space and preparation requirements, we're unable to accommodate changes to camp schedules once they've been booked.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    For cancellations made 14 days or more before your class, you'll receive store credit valid for one year. Cancellations less than 14 days before class or no-shows will not receive credit or refund.

  • Can I substitute one child for another or sell my seat?

    We do not allow substitutions or the selling of camp seats to ensure the safety and continuity of our programs.

  • What are drop-off and pick-up times?

    Drop-off is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with classes starting at 9:15 AM. Pick-up is from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please note that a late fee of $1 per minute applies for pick-ups after 4:05 PM.

  • What is the photo release policy?

    By registering, you agree to our liability waiver and photo release. We may use photos for marketing purposes, but we assure you that we will never sell or share your personal information.
